Refund policy

Thirty nights. If your room is not different, email us and we will refund you. We pay the return postage, and we do not make you wait for the parcel to arrive before you get your money.

The 30-night trial

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind, for any reason at all.

Use it during those thirty nights — that is what the trial is for. An opened box, a used device, a missing cable tie: none of that affects your refund. The trial applies to every order, including anything bought on offer or at a discounted price.

How to start

Send one email to support@avelynq.com from the address you ordered with, or quote your order number. You do not need to explain why. We reply within two business days with everything you need.

Sending it back

We will email you the return address and instructions, and we cover the postage. You will not be out of pocket for deciding it was not for you.

Your refund is issued as soon as you have sent the parcel — we do not hold it until the box reaches us.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and cover the price of the item plus any shipping you paid on the original order. We issue it within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to post it to your account, which is outside our control and can add several days. If it has been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and you still cannot see it, email support@avelynq.com and we will chase it with you.

If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong

Email us a photograph and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. This is not limited to the 30 nights and does not affect your legal rights.

Exchanges

The quickest route is a refund under the trial above, then a fresh order for what you want instead.

European Union and United Kingdom

If your order ships into the EU or the UK, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving one. That right sits alongside the 30-night trial rather than replacing it, and it does not require the item to be unused. Whichever gives you longer is the one that applies.

What is not covered

Gift cards cannot be refunded.
